City Owl Press today announced a partnership agreement with IPR License, a global platform designed to facilitate the sale of permissions and rights online. The current partnership agreement focuses on foreign rights.
Based in the United Kingdom, IPR License “hosts their members’ rights online and has a large international subscriber base of rights buyers,” according to their company information. The parent company of IPR License is Frankfurter Buchmesse GmbH in Germany. Their member catalog boasts a large list of fiction and non-fiction publishers, including Shanghai Century Publishing Group, Singapore Book Publishers Association and Cambridge University Press.
