City Owl Press today announced a partnership agreement with OverDrive, a multichannel digital distributor of ebooks and audiobooks to over 30,000 libraries in more than 40 countries. Founded in 1986, OverDrive encompasses a network of publishers, libraries, schools and retailers that includes one of the largest digital content catalogs in the world. Under this agreement, readers may borrow each eBook on a one copy/one user model.
