Your EARLY ACCESS $179 conference registration includes access to the Gilded Wing programming and special events taking place throughout the cruise, including author panels, Q&As, meet-and-greets, themed activities, games, giveaways, and exclusive swag. PLUS, a filled tote bag!
Please note that cruise fare is not included in the $179 conference registration.
After completing your conference registration, you will receive the booking link and instructions needed to reserve your cruise accommodations separately. Cruise pricing will vary based on your selected stateroom and occupancy.

- After checkout, you will receive a link and instructions for booking your cruise accommodations.
- Choose your preferred available stateroom and occupancy through the cruise booking process.
- Once both your conference registration and cruise reservation are complete, you’re officially joining us at sea!
Cruise accommodations, transportation to and from Los Angeles, travel insurance, optional excursions, gratuities, and other personal cruise expenses are not included in the conference registration fee.
Cruise pricing is discounted through our booking link with rates as follows:
- Ocean View Room at $410 per person (double occupancy) / $660 per person (single occupancy)
- Obstructed Ocean View Balcony at $481 per person (double occupancy) / $820 per person (single occupancy)
- Obstructed Ocean View Balcony at $537 per person (double occupancy) / $932 per person (single occupancy)
Each person participating in Gilded Wing conference programming must purchase their own $179 conference registration.
